Thanks to the tilt of the axis of rotation, the wing rises during folding and passes over the vertical stabilizer. This one can therefore be enlarged. This is the process I use on my Part 103 project.
It can also be applied to my previous design of a small conventional plane . With a tilt of the axis of 5° one can obtain this:


The surface of the vertical tail is more acceptable.
Obviously the shape of the fuselage must be changed
